Local Transcription Models
SubEnvoy uses the cutting-edge Whisper Turbo model for fast and accurate offline speech transcription. Deeply integrated with Apple's Background Assets framework, the system will download the model via Apple's high-speed CDN in the background once you click the download button. The model takes about 632MB of disk space. If you only need translation and not transcription, you don't need to download it at all. If you wish to free up space later, you can easily delete the model in the app's Preferences.
